Pickleball Cosmos is a static editorial site, but it now includes newsletter signup forms for Cosmos Briefing. This notice explains the basic information flow readers should expect.

Website access

Pickleball Cosmos does not require reader accounts to access the public site. Standard hosting infrastructure may still process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs for security, caching and delivery.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe to Cosmos Briefing, you voluntarily provide an email address through the newsletter form. That signup is processed by Buttondown, the newsletter delivery platform used by Pickleball Cosmos.

The submitted email address may be used to send the newsletter itself, confirmation messages and essential subscription-related emails such as unsubscribe or list-management notices. Pickleball Cosmos does not sell subscriber data.

Analytics and advertising

As of Friday, August 14, 2026, Pickleball Cosmos is not built around reader accounts, behavioral ad targeting or a heavy analytics stack. If analytics, advertising or other data-collection systems are introduced in a way that materially changes this notice, this page should be updated.
