How to read this record
| Question | Answer |

| What date do these numbers represent? | August 13, 2026. That date applies to every value in the downloadable CSVs. |
| Where should I check a live standing? | Use the linked PPA or GPA table. The source organizations control their live standings. |
| What happens when standings change? | Cosmos will add a newly dated observation after editorial review; it will not overwrite this snapshot. |
| What if a record is wrong? | Report it through our corrections process. Any change to a published snapshot will be noted. |
